Return & Refund

How to apply for a return? If the products are returnable and you need to return the product, you should contact our customer service once you received the product and return the product to us within 7 days from purchase date, except any tickets (or other dates as specified by the merchant) upon receiving the products. The procedures are as follows: 1. Goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the followings: the original invoice, packaging, tags, and certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories etc. Also please make sure the package is undamaged, tags are intact and attached to the item, and if any of these are damaged they are deemed to be non-returnable. 2. Contact us by phone: (852) 3541 9718 or via email us to info@eventxo.com to report the case. 3. We will notify you the status of your refund as soon as we received and inspected the products. If eligible, we will arrange refund to same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

4. Cash refund is not available at present, for payment by using Direct Deposit, refund will be issued by cheque in Hong Kong dollar. 5. Each order only allows return once. 6. Any tickets will not accept to refund / return when tickle are posted / received in our office personality. 7. We reserve the discretion to change these Terms of Use ("Terms Updates") from time to time rights.

How to apply for an exchange? If the products are returnable, only the same product in different size or colour can be exchanged. Exchange for other products will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service once you received the product to request for a return, and return the product to us within 7 days (or other dates as specified by the merchant) upon receiving the products. The procedures are as follows: 1. Retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, invoice and any gifts. 2. Contact us by phone: (852) 3541 9718 or via email us to info@eventxo.com to report the case. 3. We will notify you the status of your exchange as soon as we received and inspected the products. If the product item is unavailable due to out of stock, we will arrange refund to same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. 4.
